Pilates Class
Pilates is a low-impact class that targets your abs (“core”) while lengthening and working each individual muscle.  Pilates is a fast way to reshape your body and get flexible! 
Wear comfortable clothes - no shoes are required.

Total Barre Workout Class
Torch fat in just 15 minutes!  The Total Barre Workout emphasizes the correct bio-mechanics of movement combined with the power of music to increase strength, flexibility, stamina, and dynamic stability.  It is a program geared for everyone — no dance experience or tutus are required!  We hope to meet you at the Barre.
